Some directions to the park!

From South Orange County/San Diego:

Take the 5 North

Exit Jamboree

Turn Right, heading north

Jamboree dead ends into Irvine Regional Park

From Los Angeles:

Take 5 or 405 South

Exit Jamboree

Turn Left, heading north

Jamboree dead ends into Irvine Regional Park

From Inland Empire:

Take 91 West and make the transition to 55 South

Exit Katella

Turn Left, heading East

Turn Left on Jamboree and it goes straight into Irvine Regional Park

Dear Family ~

The planning has begun!! This blog has been made to help us all stay in the loop and know how the planning is going. On here we will be posting updates, pictures and anything else related to the upcoming family reunion. You may be asking "What.. Reunion? When will this reunion be?" Well, it will be in July of 2013. It may seem like a long time away, but planning a reunion with such a big family takes a lot of time! And we're giving you almost a year's advance notice so there should be no excuses for missing it!!  :)
The official web address is shaferfamilyreunion.blogspot.com - pretty easy to remember right? Yeah, that's why I made it that way, I'm thankful that address was open so we didn't have to use it $hAferrrrRFamBamReun!0n or anything crazy like that!!
For all you tech-savvy people out there, you can get this blog in a mobile version on all your fancy gizmos! Yes, we cater to your fanciness.

(For those of you worried and thinking "How did they let an 18 year old be in charge of the reunion??" Fear not, I, Alyssa, am not in charge of everything, or really anything... I'm just the teenager on the computer all the time.. So this task was given to me)
